KATHLEEN M. DeLANEY
Kathleen M. DeLaney is a partner at Rudloff Wood & Barrows
LLP. Ms. DeLaney's practice focuses on the defense of insurers in
"bad faith" suits involving both personal and commercial
policies. Ms. DeLaney also counsels clients in connection with the
investigation and resolution of complex insurance claims. Ms. DeLaney's
litigation experience includes a wide variety of complex insurance
coverage disputes and real estate, land use, contract and construction
defect litigation.
Ms. DeLaney obtained her law degree from Georgetown University
Law Center in 1997. She received her undergraduate degree from the
University of California, Irvine in 1994.
Her professional affiliations include the Contra Costa County Bar
Association, the American Bar Association and the Robert G. McGrath
American Inn of Court. Ms. DeLaney is a member of the California
State Bar, and she is admitted to practice in the United Stated
District Court for the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of
California.
